MELZER SL-1
Mit der SL-1 bietet MELZER eine neue, besonders wirtschaftliche Einstiegslösung in die RFID-Etikettenproduktion an.
Mit bis zu 7.000 Produkten/h, 250 mm Bahnbreite und 150 mm Transponderbreite bietet die SL-1 ein Produktspektrum, das alle gängigen Formate übertrifft.
Die flexible Fertigung von RFID-Etiketten aus selbstklebenden Transpondern (Wet Inlays) und Selbstklebematerialien ermöglicht eine schnelle, präzise und wirtschaftliche Fertigung von kleinen und mittleren Auflagen in höchster Qualität.
Die In-Line-Selektierung von Transpondern garantiert 100 % funktionsfähige Endprodukte, ohne zusätzliche Arbeitsschritte – und bietet damit entscheidende Wettbewerbsvorteile.
Der modulare Aufbau der SL-1 ermöglicht kundenspezifische Anpassungen, wie auch eine zukünftige Integration neuer Module und Funktionen und schafft Investitionssicherheit.
