Validity

The present Terms and Conditions shall apply only to supplies of machines and machine spare parts (“Deliveries”) which are made on the basis of a contract concluded between us and a Business Customer (“Customer”).

Any diverging terms and conditions shall not apply unless we have expressly agreed to them in writing.
